Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Threadsdot, we strive to provide the best quality products and smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value.
The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped or dispatched.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small confirmation amount may be required before dispatch.
This amount is non-refundable if the order is refused at the time of delivery.
COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
3. Refund & Replacement Policy
We only accept refund or replacement requests in the following cases:
Damaged product received
Wrong product received
Missing items in the package
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
A clear unboxing video must be recorded from the beginning (showing the sealed package) until the product is fully opened.
OR clear images showing the issue must be provided.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
⚠️ Without proper proof (unboxing video or clear images), refund or replacement requests will not be accepted.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
No unboxing video provided.
Complaint raised after 48 hours of delivery.
Product has been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or altered.
Minor color differences due to lighting or screen resolution.
Order refused at the time of delivery (RTO cases).
5. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
For COD orders, the refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account or UPI ID after verification.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Once your order is dispatched, it will be delivered within 4–5 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email after dispatch, so you can track your order easily.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
